Technical Flywheel is delivered as a production package with access provided through GitHub. This is not a point-and-click install — it requires a degree of technical understanding to implement fully. You'll need familiarity with deployment pipelines, environment configuration, and your existing marketing stack to get the most out of it.
No. Flywheel is an agent and automation platform, not a hosted SaaS product. It runs within your infrastructure and integrates directly with your existing systems. This gives you full control over data, configuration, and how deeply the framework is embedded into your workflows.
Optional Assisted implementation is available for a fee. If you purchase Flywheel alongside DataSpec, implementation is included through DataSpec's setup fee — so you get end-to-end deployment support at no additional cost.
Beta We currently have 7 organisations running all or some of the Flywheel framework in production. These teams are using Flywheel in alignment with Zoho, HubSpot, and Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and reporting workflows.
Technical You'll need someone comfortable working with GitHub repositories, environment variables, and deployment tooling. Understanding of your CRM and marketing automation platform (Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce) is also needed to configure integrations. This isn't a no-code tool — it's built for teams with technical capability or access to technical support.
The Flywheel platform itself is free during the private beta. However, the platform requires an OpenAI or Anthropic API key to power its AI agents. Usage of these APIs carries costs set by the respective providers, which vary depending on your volume and the models used. You bring your own key — Flywheel never touches your billing relationship with the provider.
